The price list includes only most popular types of work and standard estimations. To assess the cost of repairs or renovation/remodeling works, a design project and a detailed on-site walkthrough is required. The price list indicates the cost for standard volume and complexity. In case the volume and complexity of required work changes, the price may change correspondingly. The rates are communicated upfront before the work on the project starts after the estimation done during the on-site walkthrough. The prices do not include the cost of materials.
