This apartment was completed as a full renovation project, with our team responsible for all construction, finishing, and installation works. The objective was to deliver a well-structured, functional living space with a cohesive material palette and a clean architectural character.

  All walls and ceilings were prepared, leveled, and finished in light neutral tones. Interior doors, trims, and baseboards were installed with precise alignment to achieve clean transitions and consistent detailing across all areas.

• Flooring Installation
  Continuous parquet flooring was installed throughout the apartment, providing a uniform and durable surface. Special attention was given to joints, thresholds, and edge detailing to maintain a seamless appearance.

• Hallway and Built-In Storage
  The corridor was fitted with full-height built-in wardrobes, offering generous storage while preserving a minimal and orderly visual impression.

• Living and Dining Area Execution
  The living and dining areas were completed with coordinated furniture layouts, wall-mounted storage elements, and integrated lighting solutions. Electrical and media connections were positioned to support practical daily use.

• Kitchen Installation
  The kitchen was fully installed with custom cabinetry, worktops, backsplash finishes, and integrated appliances. All plumbing and electrical connections were executed according to technical requirements and manufacturer specifications.

• Bedroom Fit-Out
  Bedrooms were completed with finished walls, installed lighting fixtures, and coordinated furniture elements. Window treatments were mounted to provide privacy while maintaining access to natural light.

• Bathroom Works
  Bathroom areas were executed with full waterproofing, tile installation, glass shower enclosures, wall-hung sanitary fixtures, vanity units, mirrors, and integrated lighting. All elements were selected and installed with an emphasis on functionality and longevity.

• Electrical, Lighting, and Fixtures
  A complete electrical installation was carried out, including switches, sockets, ceiling lights, and decorative fixtures. Lighting was designed to provide even illumination and support the functional zoning of each space.
