For this full apartment renovation, our team completed a comprehensive construction-focused remodel that transformed the space from a standard layout into a modern, fully rebuilt interior. The project included full demolition, electrical and plumbing upgrades, new flooring, wall and ceiling reconstruction, and high-quality finish installation throughout all living areas.

Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Preparation
All existing finishes, wall coverings, flooring materials, and outdated fixtures were fully removed. Walls and ceilings were stripped to the base surfaces where required, allowing for proper leveling, reinforcement, and preparation for new construction systems.

Wall Reconstruction & Finishing
All walls were leveled using professional plastering systems to achieve precise geometry and smooth surfaces. New drywall partitions were installed where necessary to optimize the layout. Finished walls were prepared for painting with fine skim coats to ensure a seamless, high-quality result.

Ceiling Construction & Lighting Integration
New suspended gypsum ceilings were installed across the apartment. Linear recesses and cutouts were formed to accommodate integrated lighting systems. All ceilings were precisely leveled and finished to support recessed, pendant, and concealed LED lighting installations.

Electrical System Upgrade
