For this kitchen and master bathroom remodel, our team completed a full renovation focused on structural upgrades, modern materials, and long-term durability. The project included complete demolition, updated plumbing and electrical systems, and new surface finishes to meet current building standards.
Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Site Preparation
All existing kitchen and bathroom finishes, fixtures, and cabinetry were removed. Subfloors and wall surfaces were inspected, repaired, and prepared for new installations.
Plumbing & Drainage Upgrades
Plumbing systems were updated in both areas to support new kitchen appliances, a freestanding bathtub, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower. New drain lines were installed with proper slope to ensure efficient water flow.
Kitchen Cabinetry & Island Installation
The kitchen was fitted with custom dark shaker-style cabinets, including a large central island for additional workspace and storage. Soft-close doors and drawers improve durability and everyday functionality.
Kitchen Countertops & Backsplash
Durable quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen, paired with a white subway tile backsplash. All surfaces were leveled and sealed for long-term performance.
Appliance & Ventilation Integration
Built-in kitchen appliances were installed and connected to updated electrical and ventilation systems, including a wall-mounted range hood for proper airflow.
Bathroom Shower & Tile Installation
The walk-in shower was constructed using cement backer boards and a full waterproofing system. Shower walls were finished with large-format tile, while mosaic tile was installed on the shower floor for improved drainage.
Frameless Glass Shower Enclosure
A custom frameless tempered-glass shower enclosure was installed and sealed to prevent water leakage while maintaining an open, modern appearance.
Freestanding Bathtub Installation
A modern freestanding soaking tub was installed with new plumbing connections and positioned to take advantage of natural light.
Bathroom Vanity & Fixtures
A custom double-sink vanity with dark cabinetry and a solid-surface countertop was installed, along with modern sinks and faucets connected to updated plumbing lines.
Flooring Installation
New durable flooring was installed throughout the kitchen and bathroom. Materials were selected for moisture resistance, stability, and long-term use.
Electrical, Lighting & Painting
Electrical systems were upgraded to support recessed ceiling lights, pendant lighting in the kitchen, and wall-mounted vanity lighting in the bathroom. All walls were repaired and painted using moisture-resistant finishes.
Trim, Hardware & Final Sealing
New baseboards, trim, and hardware were installed. All joints, fixtures, tile edges, and glass connections were professionally sealed to ensure protection against moisture and daily wear.
Waterproofing & Building Standards
All waterproofing systems, materials, and installation methods comply with current building codes and industry standards for kitchen and bathroom renovations.
