Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Structural Preparation
Selected walls, outdated finishes, old cabinetry, and flooring were carefully removed. All surfaces were inspected, leveled, and prepared to meet modern construction standards prior to new installations.

Electrical & Lighting Upgrades
We upgraded wiring where required, installed new outlets and switches, and reconfigured lighting placement throughout the apartment. Recessed ceiling lights were added, along with modern surface-mounted fixtures and a statement LED ring pendant above the dining area. All lighting systems are energy-efficient and optimized for layered illumination.

New Flooring Installation
The old flooring was fully removed and replaced with high-quality wood-look planks installed over sound-reducing underlayment. The continuous flooring creates a seamless transition between rooms while improving durability and acoustic comfort.
