For this bedroom and bathroom renovation, our team completed a full interior transformation, upgrading both the visible finishes and the essential technical systems behind them. The project focused on modern design, improved functionality, and long-term durability, resulting in a cohesive, comfortable, and contemporary living space.
Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Preparation
All outdated finishes, fixtures, and built-in elements were carefully removed. Walls and floors were leveled and prepared to ensure precise installation of new materials and flawless final results.
Plumbing & Drainage Upgrades
The bathroom plumbing system was fully updated, including new water supply lines and concealed drainage. A proper floor slope was formed in the shower area to ensure efficient water runoff into a hidden linear drain, improving both performance and visual cleanliness.
Waterproofing System
Comprehensive waterproofing was applied to all wet zones, including shower walls, floors, and critical junctions. High-quality waterproof membranes and setting materials were used to meet modern building standards and ensure long-term moisture protection.
Shower & Tile Installation
Large-format porcelain tiles with a stone-inspired finish were installed on bathroom walls and floors for a seamless, modern look. A frameless glass shower enclosure was added, creating an open, minimalist aesthetic while maintaining functionality.
New Flooring Installation
In the bedroom, the old flooring was replaced with a durable, modern floor covering that enhances warmth and comfort. In the bathroom, water-resistant tile flooring was installed to handle daily moisture while maintaining a refined appearance.
Electrical & Lighting Enhancements
Electrical wiring was upgraded throughout the space, with new outlets and switches installed. Recessed ceiling lights and integrated LED strip lighting were added behind the bed headboard, along curtain lines, and around bathroom mirrors to create layered, adjustable illumination.
Custom Built-In Furniture & Storage
Custom cabinetry was installed in the bedroom, including floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with matte finishes and concealed handles. A built-in desk workspace was integrated near the window, maximizing natural light and functionality.
Vanity, Countertop & Fixtures
The bathroom vanity was replaced with a modern floating unit paired with a stone countertop. New sinks, faucets, and accessories were installed to match the overall minimalist design and improve daily usability.
Wall Finishing & Decorative Panels
Bedroom walls were finished in a neutral color palette and complemented with upholstered wall panels behind the bed, adding texture, sound comfort, and visual depth to the space.
Windows, Curtains & Final Touches
Multi-layer window treatments, including sheer curtains and blackout drapes, were installed to allow flexible light control. Final details such as decorative lighting, indoor plants, and carefully selected accessories completed the polished, move-in-ready interior.
