Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Structural Preparation
All existing finishes, outdated partitions, flooring, and built-in elements were fully removed. Walls, ceilings, and floors were leveled and prepared to ensure proper geometry for new finishes, built-in furniture, and concealed installations.

Electrical & Lighting Upgrades
The electrical system was completely replaced, including new wiring, outlets, and switches. A multi-level lighting layout was installed featuring recessed spotlights, linear LED ceiling profiles, pendant fixtures, and concealed ambient lighting to enhance both functionality and architectural depth.

Wall & Ceiling Finishing
All walls were repaired, smoothed, and painted in light neutral tones to maximize brightness and visual continuity. In the kitchen and bathroom areas, large-format porcelain tiles were installed. Custom drywall ceiling constructions were completed to integrate modern lighting solutions.

A wall-mounted mirror with concealed LED backlighting was installed above the vanity. All bathroom lighting was upgraded to provide balanced illumination. Final accessories, fittings, and hardware were installed to complete the finished look.
