A Compact Apartment Defined by Precision and Warm Minimalism

This  apartment was delivered as a complete renovation project, where our task as the contractor was to translate a refined design concept into a highly functional and precisely executed living space. The limited floor area required careful coordination of construction, finishes, and built-in elements to ensure clarity, comfort, and visual continuity throughout.

The interior is defined by soft geometry, warm neutral tones, and custom detailing. Special attention was given to smooth transitions between surfaces, integrated furniture, and curved architectural forms, allowing the apartment to feel calm, cohesive, and more spacious than its actual size.

Completed Works and Key Elements

• Structural Preparation and Surface Quality
  All preparatory works were carried out with a focus on precision. Walls, ceilings, and junctions were carefully leveled and finished to support seamless transitions and the apartment’s curved architectural elements.

• Custom Architectural Forms
  We executed curved ceilings, rounded corners, and soft transitions between planes. These elements required detailed craftsmanship and contribute significantly to the apartment’s sculptural, calm character.

• Flooring and Continuous Surfaces
  The flooring was installed to create a consistent visual base across all zones. Careful detailing at thresholds and built-in elements ensures continuity and durability while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted appearance.

• Living Area Execution
  The living space features built-in shelving, a fully integrated seating area, and concealed storage solutions. All elements were installed to align precisely with architectural lines, maximizing comfort while minimizing visual clutter.

• Bedroom Fit-Out
  The bedroom was completed with custom-built furniture, integrated bedside elements, and concealed lighting. Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with mirror panels enhance depth and reflect light, visually expanding the space.

  The bathroom was executed as a clean, monolithic space with continuous surfaces, integrated fixtures, and concealed storage. Precise waterproofing, sanitary installation, and detailing were essential to achieving a refined and durable finish.

  Custom cabinetry and built-in elements were manufactured and installed throughout the apartment. These solutions maximize functionality while preserving the minimalist aesthetic and architectural coherence.

• Electrical and Lighting Integration
  A carefully planned lighting system was installed, combining concealed, recessed, and accent lighting. The lighting enhances textures, emphasizes curved forms, and supports different functional scenarios within the compact layout.
