Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Space Preparation
All outdated finishes, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures were fully removed. Walls, ceilings, and subfloors were prepared, leveled, and reinforced to create a clean and reliable foundation for the new modern layout.

Wall, Ceiling & Painting Works
All walls and ceilings were repaired, smoothed, and refinished. New drywall sections were installed where required, followed by professional painting in a neutral modern color palette to enhance brightness and spatial balance.

Glass Bedroom Partition Installation
A custom black-framed glass partition was installed to separate the bedroom from the living area. This solution preserves natural light, maintains an open-concept feel, and adds a modern architectural accent while ensuring privacy.
