Renovation Details

Full Tile Replacement & Shower Construction
The previous shower was fully demolished and rebuilt with new waterproofing, a modern shower pan, and large-format porcelain wall tile. A decorative mosaic accent band was installed around the shower for added style, along with a custom built-in niche for storage. The shower now features a sleek square rainfall showerhead and updated stainless steel trim.

Custom Tub Surround Installation
The outdated tub area was completely removed and replaced with a custom-built tiled tub surround. The new deck and vertical surfaces were finished with matching porcelain tile and clean metal trim, creating a smooth transition between the tub and shower design. A modern brushed-nickel tub faucet set completes the upgrade.

New Flooring Installation
All old flooring was removed and replaced with durable, water-resistant porcelain tile. The new flooring provides long-term performance while matching the wall tile for a unified, high-end look.

Custom Cabinetry & Countertops
The vanity area was transformed with brand-new cabinetry featuring a modern dark finish, shaker-style fronts, and soft-close hardware. Updated solid-surface countertops were installed to enhance both durability and aesthetics.

Sink & Faucet Upgrades
New undermount sinks and brushed-nickel faucets were added to complement the contemporary style. The upgraded fixtures improve functionality and tie in with the shower and tub hardware.

Plumbing & Electrical Enhancements
All necessary plumbing lines were updated to accommodate new fixtures in the shower, tub, and vanity. Electrical components, including outlets, switches, and lighting, were upgraded and optimized for improved brightness and safety throughout the bathroom.
