Contemporary Bath Remodel

For this bathroom remodel, our team completed a full renovation that transformed an outdated space into a clean, modern, and highly functional bathroom. The project focused on contemporary design, durable materials, and improved daily comfort, resulting in a bright and elegant finished space.

Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Plumbing Preparation
The existing bathroom finishes were fully removed to prepare the space for a complete upgrade. Plumbing locations were coordinated to accommodate the new walk-in shower, bathtub, wall-mounted fixtures, and modern drainage system.

Shower & Tile Installation
A spacious walk-in shower was constructed with large-format porcelain wall tiles in a neutral color palette. A frameless glass enclosure enhances the open feel, while matte-black fixtures and a ceiling-mounted rainfall shower provide a sleek, modern look.

Linear Drain & Water Drainage System
A modern linear floor drain was installed in the shower area. Proper floor slope was formed to ensure efficient water flow and prevent pooling, improving both safety and long-term performance of the shower system.

Bathtub Installation
A built-in bathtub was installed and finished with matching tile for a seamless, spa-like appearance. Wall-mounted matte-black tub fillers and controls add both visual clarity and functional convenience.

New Flooring Installation
The old flooring was replaced with durable, water-resistant tile throughout the bathroom. The neutral gray tone complements the wall tile and contributes to a cohesive, modern design.

Custom Vanity & Countertop
A floating double-sink vanity with warm wood-tone cabinetry was installed to add contrast and storage. The vanity is paired with a clean, modern countertop that enhances durability while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic.

Sink & Faucet Installation
Two integrated sinks were installed along with wall-mounted matte-black faucets. This configuration provides a streamlined appearance while maximizing usable counter space.

Lighting & Electrical Updates
Recessed ceiling lighting was installed to provide even illumination throughout the bathroom. Updated electrical work improves functionality and highlights the clean lines and finishes of the renovated space.

Mirror, Accessories & Finishing Touches
A large wall-mounted mirror with a slim black frame was added, along with matching hardware and accessories. These final details complete the cohesive modern look and elevate the overall feel of the bathroom.

Waterproofing & Materials
All wet areas were properly waterproofed using industry-standard materials and installation methods, ensuring long-term durability, moisture protection, and peace of mind for everyday use.
