For this bathroom remodel, our team completed a full renovation that transformed the space into a modern, spa-inspired bathroom with a clean and functional layout. The outdated finishes were removed and replaced with contemporary materials, upgraded plumbing, and thoughtfully selected design elements for long-term durability and visual appeal.

Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Plumbing Upgrades
The existing bathroom fixtures, finishes, and plumbing connections were fully removed. New water supply lines, drains, and valves were installed to support the updated layout, including the freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

Walk-In Shower & Tile Installation
A custom walk-in shower was constructed featuring full-height wall tile, a decorative accent tile panel, and a built-in niche for storage. Small-format patterned tile was installed on the shower floor to allow proper slope to the drain and provide slip resistance. A frameless glass enclosure and modern black shower fixtures complete the design.

Flooring Installation
Two flooring materials were installed to properly zone the space. Decorative patterned tile was used in the wet areas, while wood-look flooring was installed throughout the main bathroom area to add warmth, contrast, and a natural aesthetic while maintaining moisture resistance.

Freestanding Bathtub Installation
A modern freestanding soaking tub was installed beneath the window, serving as a focal point of the bathroom. The tub was paired with a wall-mounted matte-black faucet, creating a clean and uncluttered appearance.

Custom Double Vanity & Countertop
A custom wood vanity with dual vessel sinks was installed to improve storage and functionality. The vanity was topped with a solid surface countertop, providing durability and a clean, modern look suitable for daily use.

Sink & Faucet Installation
Two modern vessel sinks were installed along with matching matte-black faucets. New drain assemblies and plumbing connections were completed to ensure proper performance and longevity.

Mirror & Lighting Enhancements
Oversized wall-mounted mirrors were installed above each sink to enhance light reflection and visual space. Updated wall-mounted and ceiling lighting fixtures were added to provide bright, balanced illumination throughout the bathroom.

Architectural Details & Finishing Work
An arched doorway was finished to seamlessly connect the bathroom with the adjacent bedroom. Final work included trim installation, hardware mounting, paint touch-ups, and detailed finishing to ensure a cohesive and polished result.

Waterproofing & Materials
All wet areas were waterproofed using industry-approved systems and materials. Tile setting, membranes, and sealants were installed to meet professional standards, ensuring long-term protection and durability.
