For this bathroom remodel, our team completed a full renovation that transformed an outdated bathroom into a modern, functional, and visually balanced space. The project included full demolition, plumbing upgrades, new tile installation, updated fixtures, and custom finishes throughout the room.
Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Plumbing Upgrades
All existing finishes, fixtures, and plumbing components were removed. New plumbing lines were installed, followed by the installation of a new bathtub, modern shower system, updated valves, and new drain assemblies to meet current standards.
Bathtub & Shower Installation
A new bathtub was installed and paired with a wall-mounted shower system featuring brass-finish fixtures. The shower area was upgraded with a curtain rod and coordinated hardware for durability and everyday use.
Wall Tile Installation
The bathtub surround walls were fully tiled with classic white subway tile and dark grout for a clean, timeless look. A recessed wall niche was built and finished with glass shelving to provide practical storage without disrupting the design.
Mosaic Accent Wall
The vanity wall was finished with decorative mosaic tile in blue tones, adding texture and visual interest while creating a distinct focal point within the bathroom.
New Flooring Installation
The old flooring was removed and replaced with a combination of geometric porcelain tile and wood-look tile planks. This layout improves water resistance while visually defining different zones of the bathroom.
Custom Vanity & Countertop
A new double-sink vanity with deep blue cabinetry was installed, offering increased storage and a modern profile. The vanity was paired with a durable, easy-to-maintain countertop designed for daily use.
Sink & Faucet Installation
Two new sinks were installed along with matching brass-finish faucets, coordinated with the shower and tub fixtures for a cohesive appearance.
Mirrors & Lighting Upgrades
Two wall-mounted mirrors were installed above the vanity. Recessed ceiling lighting was upgraded to provide even illumination throughout the space and highlight the tile finishes.
Painting & Wall Finishing
All non-tiled wall surfaces were repaired, prepped, and painted in a light neutral color to enhance brightness and complement the new finishes.
Accessories & Final Touches
New towel bars, toilet paper holder, and bathroom accessories were installed. All details were carefully aligned to ensure a clean, finished look and long-term functionality.
Waterproofing & Materials
All waterproofing systems, setting materials, and installation methods meet current industry standards, ensuring durability and protection in all wet areas.
