Minimalist Bathroom Renovation

This bathroom renovation involved a complete overhaul of both the design and functionality of the space. The old bathroom was outdated, with worn finishes and inefficient use of space. Our team undertook extensive work, including demolition, installation of new structural elements, and upgrading all fixtures and finishes.

Scope of Work

Flooring Installation
The existing floor tiles were completely removed and replaced with large, marble-effect porcelain tiles. These tiles are not only aesthetically pleasing but also water-resistant and durable, suitable for high-moisture areas like a bathroom.

Shower Area Renovation
The entire shower area was re-tiled with modern rectangular ceramic tiles in a neutral gray color. Two built-in shelves were constructed with pebble tiles, offering both functional storage and a unique visual texture. The shower floor was also resurfaced with pebble tiles, ensuring proper drainage and adding an organic feel to the space.

Vanity Replacement & Custom Cabinetry
The outdated vanity was removed, and a new custom gray cabinetry unit was installed. The cabinetry features soft-close drawers and provides enhanced storage space. All plumbing connections were updated to accommodate the new vanity, and the new cabinetry was carefully installed to ensure proper alignment and function.

Countertop Upgrade
The old countertop was replaced with a durable quartz surface with a marble pattern. The new countertop was custom-cut to fit the vanity perfectly, ensuring both a seamless fit and longevity. The installation included the proper sealing to ensure water resistance.

Mirror Installation & Lighting Adjustments
Two new framed mirrors were installed above the vanity, with the frames painted black to match the new faucet and hardware. In addition, the lighting fixtures above the mirrors were upgraded to provide better illumination while maintaining a modern aesthetic. Electrical work was done to ensure safe and optimal placement of the new lighting fixtures.

Wall Repair & Painting
The walls were repaired and smoothed to remove any imperfections from the old finishes. After repairs, the walls were repainted in a light gray color to complement the new fixtures and create a modern, cohesive atmosphere. This painting work included high-quality, moisture-resistant paint suitable for bathroom conditions.

Accessory Installations
We installed new black towel bars, a towel ring, and other essential bathroom accessories. These were securely mounted to ensure functionality and longevity, and the finishes were carefully selected to align with the overall modern design.
