For this bathroom renovation, our team completed a full transformation, turning an outdated space into a bright, modern, and highly functional bathroom. The project focused on clean lines, durable materials, and a minimalist design that enhances both comfort and long-term usability.

Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Preparation
The existing finishes, fixtures, and flooring were fully removed. All surfaces were properly prepared, leveled, and waterproofed to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation.

Shower Remodel & Tile Installation
The shower area was completely rebuilt and finished with modern 3D wave-textured wall tile, adding depth and visual interest. A custom built-in niche was installed for convenient storage, along with sleek sliding glass doors framed in black metal for a contemporary look.

New Flooring Installation
Old flooring was replaced with water-resistant ceramic tile in a light neutral tone. Mosaic tile was installed in the shower base to improve traction and safety while maintaining a cohesive design.

Plumbing Fixtures & Shower System
A new modern toilet with concealed connections was installed, along with a rainfall showerhead, handheld shower, and matte-black mixing valve. These upgrades provide both visual contrast and improved performance.

Vanity & Sink Upgrade
The outdated vanity was replaced with a modern open-frame vanity featuring a concrete countertop and minimalist sink, blending industrial style with everyday functionality.

Electrical & Lighting Upgrades
Electrical wiring was updated and new ceiling lighting was installed to provide even, efficient illumination throughout the bathroom while highlighting the textured wall tile.

Glass Installation & Finishing Touches
All glass components were professionally installed, seams were sealed, and final detailing was completed to ensure a clean, polished, and low-maintenance finish.

Waterproofing & Materials
All waterproofing systems and installation materials meet current industry standards, ensuring durability, moisture protection, and long-term reliability in all wet areas.
