For this bathroom remodel, our team delivered a full transformation that turned an outdated space into a bright, modern, and highly functional bathroom. The renovation included complete demolition, new plumbing fixtures, upgraded lighting, and all-new finishes for a clean and elegant look.
Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Plumbing Upgrades
The existing bathtub, plumbing lines, and fixtures were completely removed. We installed a new Kohler bathtub, Kohler faucets, an American Standard toilet, and a Delta rainfall shower system for improved comfort and performance.
Shower & Tile Installation
The shower walls were fully retiled using large-format porcelain tiles with aluminum jolly trim, creating a sleek, modern appearance. A custom built-in niche with stone mosaic accent tile was added for practical storage and visual contrast. New sliding glass doors complete the upgraded shower look.
New Flooring Installation
The old flooring was replaced with modern water-resistant planks installed over Sentinel soundproof underlayment, providing durability, comfort, and a high-end feel underfoot.
Custom Vanity & Countertop
A new double-sink vanity with dark shaker-style cabinets was installed, paired with a marble-veined quartz countertop. The updated hardware and soft-close drawers contribute to both elegance and everyday convenience.
Sink & Faucet Replacement
New undermount sinks and brushed-nickel faucets were added to match the modern aesthetic and offer improved functionality.
Lighting Enhancements
All ceiling lights were upgraded, and two new wall sconces were installed on each side of the mirror for balanced, customizable illumination. All lighting is now dimmable to create a relaxing ambiance before a bath or shower.
Painting & Wall Finishing
All walls were repaired, smoothed, and painted using Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint, ensuring long-lasting durability and a clean, seamless finish throughout the bathroom.
Baseboards, Trim & Hardware
New baseboards, door trim, hinges, and door knobs were installed to complete the cohesive, refreshed look of the space.
Waterproofing & Materials
All setting materials and waterproofing systems meet top industry standards, ensuring longevity and protection in all wet areas.
