Renovation Details

Selective Demolition & Preparation
Outdated finishes, fixtures, and surfaces were removed to prepare the space for a full upgrade. All areas were properly prepped to ensure a clean installation and long-lasting results.

Shower & Glass Enclosure Upgrade
The shower area was fully updated with a new modern shower system, including a rainfall showerhead and handheld unit. A frameless glass enclosure was installed to create a clean, open look and improve functionality.

Freestanding Tub Installation
A new freestanding bathtub was installed as a focal point of the bathroom, paired with a floor-mounted faucet. This upgrade adds a spa-like feel and enhances overall comfort and aesthetics.

New Flooring Installation
The old flooring was replaced with large-format, water-resistant tile featuring a marble-inspired finish. The new floor improves durability while visually expanding the space.

Custom Double Vanity & Countertop
A new custom double-sink vanity with dark cabinetry was installed, offering increased storage and a bold contrast to the light finishes. The vanity is topped with a quartz countertop featuring subtle veining for a refined, modern look.

Sink & Faucet Replacement
Integrated sinks and modern faucets in a warm metal finish were installed to complement the vanity and coordinate with the shower and tub fixtures.

Lighting & Electrical Enhancements
Lighting was upgraded with new wall-mounted sconces above the mirror, providing balanced and functional illumination. Electrical components were updated to support the new lighting layout.

Painting & Wall Finishing
All walls were repaired, smoothed, and painted in a neutral light tone, creating a clean backdrop that enhances natural light and complements the modern design.

Finishing Touches & Accessories
The renovation was completed with updated towel bars, hardware, and decorative accents. These final details tie the design together and give the bathroom a polished, cohesive appearance.
