Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Plumbing Preparation
All existing finishes, fixtures, and outdated plumbing elements were fully removed. The space was reconfigured to accommodate a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub, with plumbing lines updated to meet modern performance and code requirements.

Walk-In Shower Construction
The shower area was completely rebuilt into a spacious walk-in design. Large-format porcelain tiles were installed on the walls for a clean, seamless look, along with custom recessed niches finished with decorative stone mosaic tile for added functionality and visual contrast.

Pebble Stone Shower Floor Installation
The shower floor was finished with natural pebble stone tile, providing excellent drainage, slip resistance, and a distinctive spa-like texture that enhances both safety and aesthetics.

Glass Enclosure Installation
A custom frameless glass enclosure was installed to separate the shower area while maintaining an open, light-filled layout. The clear glass enhances visibility and highlights the tile work throughout the space.

Freestanding Bathtub Installation
The original bathtub was replaced with a modern freestanding soaking tub paired with updated plumbing connections. This upgrade creates a strong focal point and adds a luxury element to the bathroom design.

New Flooring Installation
All existing flooring was removed and replaced with durable, water-resistant tile throughout the bathroom. The new flooring complements the shower finishes while providing long-lasting performance and easy maintenance.

Custom Vanity & Storage Installation
A custom vanity system with light-toned cabinetry and soft-close drawers was installed to improve storage capacity and organization. The new layout provides a clean, modern appearance and enhanced everyday usability.

Lighting & Electrical Upgrades
