Urban Bathroom Upgrade

For this bathroom remodel, our team completed a full renovation that transformed an outdated bathroom into a clean, modern, and highly functional space. The project included full demolition, new tile installation, upgraded plumbing fixtures, custom cabinetry, and refined finishing details for a cohesive, contemporary design.

Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Preparation
The existing finishes, fixtures, and flooring were completely removed. The space was prepped for new plumbing, electrical updates, and waterproofing to ensure a durable and long-lasting renovation.

Shower Remodel & Tile Installation
The shower was fully rebuilt and retiled using classic white subway tile installed in a clean, uniform pattern. Built-in recessed glass shelves were added for convenient storage. The shower floor features coordinating tile installed with proper slope toward a new linear-style drain to ensure efficient water flow.

Shower Fixtures & Glass Enclosure
A new modern shower system was installed, including a rainfall showerhead and a handheld wand with brushed brass finishes. A custom frameless glass shower enclosure enhances the open feel while maintaining water containment.

New Flooring Installation
The bathroom floor was upgraded with water-resistant tile installed in a herringbone pattern, adding visual interest while maintaining durability and slip resistance suitable for wet areas.

Custom Vanity & Countertop
A custom double-sink vanity with rich wood cabinetry was installed, providing ample storage with deep drawers and clean-lined hardware. The vanity is topped with a sleek quartz countertop for a modern, low-maintenance finish.

Sink & Faucet Installation
New integrated sinks were paired with brushed brass faucets, creating a cohesive design that complements the shower fixtures and lighting elements throughout the bathroom.

Lighting & Electrical Upgrades
Electrical systems were updated, and new wall-mounted vanity lights were installed above each mirror to provide balanced, functional illumination. Additional ceiling lighting ensures even brightness throughout the space.

Mirrors, Painting & Wall Finishing
New framed mirrors were installed above the vanity. All walls were repaired, smoothed, and painted in a soft neutral tone to enhance natural light and complement the tile and wood finishes.

Final Details & Finishing Touches
Updated accessories, trim details, and hardware were installed to complete the renovation, resulting in a polished, modern bathroom that balances style, comfort, and everyday functionality.
