For this bedroom renovation, our team completed a full interior upgrade that transformed the space into a clean, modern, and highly functional room. The project included updated electrical systems, new lighting installation, surface finishing, flooring replacement, and the installation of built-in elements for a streamlined and durable result.
Renovation Details
Electrical & Lighting Installation
All electrical wiring within the bedroom was updated. New power outlets, switches, and lighting connection points were installed. The lighting system includes concealed perimeter LED lighting integrated into the ceiling and new pendant lights installed on both sides of the bed for functional use.
Ceiling Preparation & Finishing
The ceiling was leveled, prepared, and painted. A recessed ceiling detail was constructed to accommodate hidden LED strip lighting, ensuring clean lines and precise integration of lighting elements.
Wall Preparation & Painting
All walls were repaired, leveled, and fully prepared for finishing. The surfaces were painted in a light neutral color, providing a uniform appearance and precise alignment with built-in furniture and window openings.
Flooring Replacement
The existing floor covering was removed. A new wood flooring system was installed over a prepared subfloor, providing durability, consistent surface alignment, and a clean finish throughout the bedroom.
Built-In Wardrobe Installation
A custom floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe with sliding doors was installed. The unit was precisely fitted to the room geometry, with clean vertical alignment and flush integration against finished walls and ceiling.
Window Treatment Installation
A concealed ceiling-mounted curtain track system was installed. Sheer curtains were mounted to fully cover the window wall, providing privacy while maintaining consistent alignment across the opening.
Final Construction Works
All finishing details were completed, including electrical testing, surface inspection, and final cleanup. The bedroom was prepared for immediate use upon completion of construction works.
