Vaulted Ceiling Master Bedroom Renovation

For this master bedroom remodel, our team completed a full renovation that transformed the space into a modern, comfortable, and functional living area. The project included complete demolition of outdated finishes, structural updates, new electrical work, and all-new interior finishes to meet current residential standards.

Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Preparation
All existing finishes, including old flooring, trim, and wall surfaces, were removed. The space was fully prepped for new construction, including surface leveling and framing adjustments where required.

Ceiling & Structural Updates
The ceiling was reworked to highlight the vaulted design, and the existing wood beam was exposed, refinished, and sealed. Vent openings were adjusted to improve airflow and meet code requirements.

Electrical & Low-Voltage Upgrades
The electrical system was updated with new wiring, outlets, switches, and junctions. Dedicated electrical connections were installed for a wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan. All work meets modern safety and efficiency standards.

Lighting & Fan Installation
A new modern ceiling fan with integrated LED lighting was installed to provide both air circulation and primary illumination. Table-side lighting was supported with newly positioned outlets.

New Flooring Installation
The existing floor was removed and replaced with engineered hardwood flooring installed over an upgraded subfloor. The new flooring improves durability, sound performance, and visual warmth.

Wall Repair & Painting
All walls were repaired, skim-coated, sanded, and painted in a neutral tone to create a clean, uniform finish throughout the room.

Door, Trim & Baseboard Replacement
Interior doors were replaced with modern solid-core doors. New baseboards, window trim, door casings, hinges, and hardware were installed for a cohesive, finished look.

Final Installation & Finish Work
All finish elements were installed, aligned, and inspected to ensure quality craftsmanship, clean lines, and long-term performance.
