For this commercial office renovation, our team delivered a complete refresh of a large open-plan workspace, transforming an outdated interior into a clean, modern, and professional environment. Renovation Details
Flooring Replacement
The existing worn carpet was fully removed throughout the office area and replaced with new commercial-grade carpet tiles in a dark neutral color. The updated flooring improves durability, sound absorption, and overall appearance, making it suitable for high-traffic office use.
Wall & Column Preparation and Painting
All walls and structural columns were patched where necessary, sanded, and repainted in a light neutral tone. This eliminated outdated accent colors and created a brighter, more cohesive interior throughout the space.
Door and Frame Refinishing
Interior doors and door frames were refinished in a modern dark color, providing clean contrast against the light walls and enhancing the architectural definition of the office layout.
Electrical Device Updates
Visible electrical components, including outlets, switches, and wall plates, were replaced or refreshed to match the updated finishes and ensure a clean, uniform appearance across the workspace.
Ceiling System Retained
The existing suspended ceiling grid and ceiling tiles were retained and cleaned. The original ceiling layout was preserved while supporting the refreshed lighting conditions of the renovated office.
