Our team transformed a tired, compartmentalized home into a warm, organic, and timeless sanctuary that celebrates texture, light, and effortless flow.
Before
The house was a collection of small, dark rooms with low ceilings, heavy dark wood trim, outdated fixtures, and a disjointed layout. Solid walls blocked natural light, carpeted floors felt dated, and overall atmosphere was heavy and uninspired — far from light-filled, modern retreat owners craved.
What We Did

Opened up floor plan by removing unnecessary walls and introducing wide, natural wood beams and stone accents to create a cohesive, organic aesthetic.

Exposed and refinished original timber beams, adding rustic warmth and architectural drama to ceilings and transitional spaces.

Installed light-reflecting white walls and textured plaster finishes to brighten every corner and enhance sense of volume.

Replaced dark flooring with wide-plank wood and soft area rugs, creating a seamless flow from room to room.

Added statement lighting — organic pendant fixtures, crystal chandeliers, and modern sconces — to create layered ambiance.

Curated a neutral, tactile palette with linen, wool, fur, and natural stone, complemented by live plants and curated art.

Designed custom built-ins and pocket doors to maximize storage and maintain openness.
The Result
The home now feels dramatically larger, lighter, and more connected. Every room flows naturally into next, with sunlight pouring through oversized windows and skylights. The mix of raw wood, textured plaster, and soft neutrals creates a serene, luxurious retreat that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
