For this living space renovation, our team delivered a complete interior transformation that turned an outdated area into a bright, modern, and open-concept home. The project focused on clean finishes, improved lighting, and highlighting original architectural elements for a contemporary yet timeless result.

Renovation Details

Electrical & Lighting Upgrades
The electrical system was updated with new outlets and switches, and recessed LED ceiling lights were installed throughout the space. The new lighting layout provides even illumination and enhances the room’s openness and functionality.

New Flooring Installation
Existing flooring was removed and replaced with modern wood-look vinyl plank flooring. The new surface offers durability, easy maintenance, and a cohesive, contemporary appearance across the entire living area.

Exposed Brick Wall Restoration
The original brick wall was cleaned, restored, and sealed to preserve its texture and character. This feature wall serves as a focal point, adding warmth and an industrial-modern aesthetic to the interior.

Modern Fireplace Installation
A sleek, built-in fireplace was installed with a dark accent surround and a floating wooden mantel. The fireplace adds both visual interest and a cozy atmosphere while maintaining a minimalist design.

Staircase Finishing
The staircase was refinished with light wood treads and clean white side panels, creating a smooth transition between levels and matching the overall modern design of the space.

Wall Repair & Painting
All walls were repaired, smoothed, and painted in neutral light tones. The updated wall finish enhances natural light from the windows and creates a fresh, airy feel throughout the room.

Doors, Trim & Baseboards
Interior door areas, trim, and baseboards were updated and neatly finished to provide a clean, cohesive look and a polished final presentation.

Final Finishing & Detailing
The renovation was completed with precise detailing, clean transitions, and final touch-ups, resulting in a fully refreshed living space that is move-in ready and visually cohesive.
