• Renovated multiple bathrooms with bold black geometric tiles, pebble shower floors, frameless glass enclosures, matte black fixtures, floating vanities, and warm wood-look accents.

• Added custom built-in wet bar with textured tile backsplash, under-counter wine fridge, and floating glass shelves.

• Incorporated large-format porcelain tiles, wide-plank hardwood flooring, and recessed/tray ceiling lighting throughout.

• Maximized natural light with expansive windows, skylights, and sliding glass doors leading to outdoor living areas.

• Selected sleek modern furniture in white leather and neutral tones to complement the dramatic architectural elements.
