This project showcases a complete renovation of an open-plan kitchen and living area designed in a modern minimalist style. The interior focuses on clean lines, neutral tones, and a balanced combination of matte finishes, natural textures, and integrated lighting to create a refined and functional living space.

Open-Plan Space Renovation
Fully renovated the kitchen and living room area, creating a seamless connection between zones while maintaining clear visual structure and functionality. -
Wall & Ceiling Finishes
Prepared and finished all walls in soft neutral tones and completed the ceiling with recessed spotlights and integrated lighting for a clean, modern look. -
Flooring Installation
Installed large-format flooring throughout the space to ensure visual continuity and enhance the sense of openness. -
Custom Kitchen Installation
Installed a bespoke kitchen with matte cabinetry, integrated appliances, concealed handles, and a minimalist backsplash. Under-cabinet lighting adds both functionality and atmosphere. -
Dining Area Design
Created a dedicated dining zone with a custom dining table, upholstered chairs, and pendant lighting positioned to define the space without visual separation. -
Living Area & TV Wall
Completed a modern living area with a wall-mounted TV, custom-built media unit, and clean architectural lines to maintain a calm and uncluttered appearance. -
Custom Storage & Built-Ins
Designed and installed built-in storage solutions with flush surfaces and hidden details to preserve the minimalist aesthetic. -
Lighting Design & Installation
Implemented a layered lighting concept combining recessed ceiling lights, pendant fixtures, and accent lighting to create depth and flexibility.
