This project presents a refined contemporary kitchen designed around a dramatic dark palette, architectural lighting, and premium surface materials. The renovation emphasizes clean geometry, functional ergonomics, and a seamless visual flow between cooking, dining, and living areas.
What We Did

Monolithic Black Kitchen Island
Installed a custom matte-black island with an oversized porcelain countertop featuring expressive white veining. The extended slab edge creates a sculptural, floating effect and provides generous working and seating space. -
Integrated Gas Cooktop
Built the gas burner system flush into the island’s stone surface, achieving a sleek visual integration. The cast-iron grates and polished control knobs establish a high-end, professional cooking environment. -
Full-Height Black Cabinetry
Added floor-to-ceiling storage in deep matte black finishes. The handleless fronts ensure clean vertical lines and a minimalist appearance while maximizing storage capacity. -
High-Performance Work Zone
Designed a dedicated prep and appliance wall with durable stone backsplash and integrated LED under-lighting. This enhances visibility while complementing the kitchen’s monochromatic atmosphere. -
Premium Built-In Appliances
Installed fully integrated ovens, coffee system, and concealed refrigerator to maintain a uniform, uninterrupted cabinetry façade. -
Architectural Lighting Scheme
Used recessed LED fixtures across the ceiling and under cabinetry to highlight surfaces and ensure even illumination. Reflections on the dark textures subtly expand the visual volume of the room. -
Large Glass Sliding Partition
Introduced a black-framed glass sliding wall that connects the kitchen to the adjacent dining area. This provides transparency, acoustic comfort, and an elegant industrial touch. -
Neutral Stone Flooring
Laid warm beige stone-look tiles that balance the darker elements and bring softness into the interior. The neutral base ensures durability and enhances the kitchen’s luxurious modern aesthetic.
