Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Preparation
The existing finishes, cabinetry, flooring, and outdated elements were removed to allow for a complete redesign. The space was fully prepared to accommodate new layouts, materials, and architectural updates.
Electrical & Lighting Upgrades
Electrical wiring was updated to current standards, and new outlets and switches were installed. Recessed ceiling lighting was added to provide even, efficient illumination throughout the kitchen, improving both functionality and visual appeal.
New Flooring Installation
The old flooring was removed and replaced with high-quality hardwood flooring. The new floor adds warmth, durability, and a seamless flow throughout the kitchen, complementing the updated cabinetry and finishes.
Cabinetry Installation
Custom shaker-style cabinetry was installed, featuring a two-tone design with white upper cabinets and soft green lower cabinets. The new layout offers improved storage, better organization, and a clean, timeless look.
Countertop Installation
New quartz countertops were installed, providing a durable, low-maintenance surface with a bright, modern finish. The countertops enhance the kitchen’s clean aesthetic while offering long-lasting performance.
Sink & Faucet Replacement
The existing sink was replaced with a modern stainless-steel sink paired with a sleek, contemporary faucet. This upgrade improves daily functionality and complements the overall design of the kitchen.
Wall Finishing & Backsplash
All walls were repaired, smoothed, and painted in a neutral tone to create a bright and cohesive backdrop. A white subway tile backsplash was installed, adding texture, durability, and easy-to-clean protection behind work areas.
Window Replacement
The old window was replaced with a new energy-efficient window, allowing more natural light into the kitchen and improving insulation, comfort, and overall brightness.
Arched Opening Construction
A new arched opening was created to connect the kitchen with the adjacent space. This architectural feature improves flow, opens up the layout, and adds a distinctive design element to the home.
Finishing Touches & Hardware
New cabinet hardware, trim details, and finishing elements were installed to complete the renovation. These final touches bring cohesion to the space and give the kitchen a polished, move-in-ready appearance.
