For this kitchen remodel, our team completed a full transformation from a rough construction stage into a fully finished modern kitchen. The renovation included structural work, new plumbing and electrical installations, custom cabinetry, stone countertops, flooring, and all final finishes.
Renovation Details
Structural Build-Out & Preparation
The kitchen space was built out from an unfinished condition. Framing and structural supports were installed for the kitchen island, base cabinets, and integrated appliances.
Plumbing Installation
New water supply lines, drain lines, and venting were installed for the kitchen sink and island. All plumbing was concealed and brought up to current code.
Electrical & Lighting Installation
New electrical wiring, outlets, switches, recessed ceiling lights, and under-cabinet lighting were installed to support appliances and provide proper task and ambient lighting.
Custom Cabinet Installation
New custom base cabinets, wall cabinets, and full-height pantry cabinets were installed throughout the kitchen, creating a clean, modern layout with increased storage capacity.
Countertop & Island Installation
Quartz countertops were installed on all work surfaces, including a large kitchen island with a waterfall edge.
Appliance Installation
Built-in appliances, including a cooktop, wall oven, and ventilation hood, were installed and integrated into the cabinetry.
New Flooring Installation
New flooring in a herringbone pattern was installed throughout the kitchen area, providing durability and a finished modern appearance.
Wall Finishing & Painting
All walls and ceilings were repaired, finished, and painted to complete the space.
Final Trim & Finishing
All fixtures, hardware, and final details were installed, and the kitchen was fully cleaned and prepared for use.
