For this kitchen remodel, our team delivered a full transformation that turned an outdated space into a bright, modern, and highly functional kitchen. The renovation included complete demolition, new cabinetry, upgraded lighting, modern fixtures, and all-new finishes for a clean and cohesive look.
Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Preparation
All existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and finishes were fully removed to prepare the space for a complete renovation. Surfaces were inspected and leveled to ensure proper installation of all new components.
Custom Cabinet Installation
New shaker-style cabinets were installed throughout the kitchen, finished in a soft sage green tone. The cabinetry features soft-close doors and drawers, along with modern matte-black hardware for a clean, contemporary appearance and improved storage functionality.
Quartz Countertops & Peninsula
The old countertops were replaced with durable white quartz surfaces featuring subtle veining. A new peninsula countertop was installed to provide additional workspace and seating, combining practicality with a modern design aesthetic.
Backsplash & Wall Tile Installation
A full-height hexagon tile backsplash was installed across all work areas. The light-colored tile enhances brightness, protects the walls, and adds texture and visual interest to the kitchen.
Sink & Faucet Replacement
A deep single-basin undermount sink was installed, paired with a modern matte-black pull-down faucet. This upgrade improves daily usability while complementing the overall kitchen design.
Appliance Installation
New stainless steel appliances were installed and connected, including a gas range, range hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The appliances were integrated seamlessly into the new cabinetry layout.
Lighting & Electrical Updates
Ceiling lighting was upgraded with recessed fixtures, and new outlets and switches were installed to meet modern electrical standards. The updated lighting layout improves visibility across all cooking and prep areas.
Flooring & Finishing Touches
The existing flooring was replaced with durable tile flooring designed for high-traffic kitchen use. Final work included trim adjustments, hardware installation, and detailed finishing to complete the refreshed, modern kitchen.
