What We Did

• Reconfigured the layout to center the kitchen around a large island, providing additional prep space, seating, and storage.

• Installed new cabinetry with a combination of light perimeter cabinets and a darker island base to add contrast without overpowering the space.

• Replaced countertops with durable, low-maintenance quartz surfaces to improve usability and brightness.

• Updated appliances and repositioned them for better workflow between sink, range, and refrigerator.

• Added a simple tile backsplash and updated lighting to improve task visibility and overall balance.

• Refinished or replaced flooring to tie the kitchen visually into the rest of the home.

The finished kitchen is brighter, more open, and far more practical for everyday use, with a layout that supports both cooking and gathering.
