Renovation Details

Layout Reconfiguration & Island Installation
The kitchen layout was redesigned to improve flow and usability. A large central island was added, providing additional countertop space, built-in storage, and seating for casual dining and entertaining.

Custom Cabinetry Installation
All existing cabinets were removed and replaced with custom shaker-style cabinetry in a white finish. Upper cabinets were extended to maximize storage, and soft-close drawers and doors were installed for long-term durability and everyday comfort.

Wood Range Hood Feature
A custom wood range hood was installed as a focal point of the kitchen. Its warm natural tone adds contrast to the white cabinetry and highlights the architectural character of the space.

Quartz Countertop Installation
New quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen and on the island. The durable, low-maintenance surface provides a clean, modern look while offering excellent resistance to daily wear.

Backsplash Tile Installation
A decorative patterned tile backsplash was installed, extending from the countertop to the ceiling behind the range. This feature adds visual depth and ties together the modern and classic design elements.

Flooring Upgrade
The existing flooring was replaced with wood flooring, creating a warm and continuous surface that seamlessly connects the kitchen with adjacent living areas.

Lighting & Electrical Upgrades
