For this kitchen and bar area renovation, our team completed a full upgrade that transformed the space into a clean, modern, and functional entertainment zone. The project included structural preparation, electrical work, wall finishes, custom installations, and final detailing to meet current construction and safety standards.
Renovation Details
Surface Preparation & Demolition
All necessary surfaces were prepared for renovation, including removal of outdated finishes and leveling of walls, ceiling, and floor areas to ensure proper installation of new materials.
Ceiling & Electrical Installation
New electrical wiring was installed to support updated lighting. Two ceiling-mounted pendant light fixtures were installed, securely anchored and connected according to electrical code requirements.
Wall Tile Installation
The main bar wall was fully tiled with decorative geometric-pattern tile. The installation included precise layout, cutting, alignment, grouting, and edge finishing for a clean and durable result.
Kitchen Island / Bar Construction
A fixed kitchen island was installed and leveled, serving as a bar and seating area. The island was securely anchored and integrated into the existing floor layout for long-term stability.
Wall Shelves Installation
Floating wall shelves were installed using concealed mounting hardware. All shelves were anchored into structural framing to safely support glassware and accessories.
Wine Rack Installation
Custom vertical metal wine racks were installed and secured to the wall and floor. The racks provide organized wine storage while maintaining proper load distribution and structural support.
Door Installation
A new interior door was installed, including door frame alignment, hardware installation, and final adjustments to ensure smooth operation and proper clearances.
Flooring Installation
The floor was leveled and finished with a modern wood-style surface. All transitions to walls and the kitchen island were properly detailed with expansion gaps and trim.
Painting & Finishing Work
Ceilings and adjacent wall areas were patched, sanded, and painted in neutral tones to create a clean, cohesive finish throughout the space.
Baseboards & Final Details
Baseboards and trim were installed, followed by final inspections, cleanup, and preparation of the area for full use.
