Renovation Details

Wall Preparation & Painting
All walls were repaired, smoothed, and prepared for new finishes. The space was repainted in modern neutral tones, creating a clean backdrop that enhances natural light and complements the custom cabinetry and quartz elements.

New Flooring Installation
The existing flooring was removed and replaced with durable wood-look plank flooring throughout the living room and kitchen. This upgrade improves durability, visual continuity, and overall comfort.

Custom Built-In Cabinetry
Floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry was fabricated and installed in the living room, kitchen, and bar area. The modern flat-panel design provides ample concealed storage while maintaining a sleek, architectural appearance.

Fireplace & Media Wall Installation
A linear electric fireplace was installed as part of a custom media wall. The setup includes a wall-mounted TV, integrated cabinetry, and open shelving, creating a functional and visually balanced focal point in the living area.

Quartz Fireplace Surround
The fireplace was finished with a marble-veined quartz surround, including the face panel and lower hearth area. This durable surface adds a refined modern look while anchoring the design of the living room.

Kitchen Cabinet & Appliance Upgrade
The kitchen was fully updated with modern flat-panel cabinetry and integrated appliances. The new layout improves storage efficiency and delivers a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

Quartz Countertops & Waterfall Island
