This project focused exclusively on the design and construction of a new internal staircase. The goal was to create a functional, visually clean transition between floors while integrating the staircase seamlessly into the existing interior layout.
What We Did

Custom Staircase Construction
Built a new staircase tailored to the home’s layout, ensuring comfortable step proportions, safe rise and run, and smooth circulation between levels. -
Solid Wood Vertical Slat Balustrade
Installed a vertical wooden slat railing that provides safety while maintaining an open, lightweight visual connection between floors. -
Painted Stair Treads and Risers
Finished the stair treads and risers in a durable painted surface for everyday use, balancing practicality with a clean, modern appearance. -
Under-Stair Space Integration
Designed the staircase structure to allow efficient use of the space below, keeping the area organized and visually uncluttered. -
Clean Joinery and Trim Work
Completed precise joinery, wall connections, and trim details to ensure the staircase integrates neatly with surrounding walls, floors, and ceilings. -
Lighting Coordination
Aligned the staircase with existing ceiling lighting to ensure safe visibility and a consistent overall interior finish.
