Before
Before renovation, basement was raw and uninviting: exposed pipes, concrete floors, low ceilings, and zero natural light. It served mainly as storage, lacking any real functionality or style.
What We Did

Opened up space with strategic structural changes and installed a suspended ceiling system to hide ducts while adding dramatic black coffered detailing.

Added a custom starlight ceiling with fiber-optic lights to create a cinematic, immersive theater atmosphere.

Built a dedicated home theater with tiered seating, a massive projection screen, and acoustic panels for superior sound.

Installed a full golf simulator room with high-end tech, turf flooring, and a bar area for post-game drinks.

Designed a modern wet bar with stone backsplash, custom cabinetry, wine display, and sleek fixtures.

Used a mix of materials: exposed steel beams, textured metal panels, reclaimed brick, and polished concrete floors for an industrial edge.

Added layered lighting with recessed cans, pendant lights, and wall sconces to create mood and highlight architectural details.
