This renovation project took an outdated, neglected basement and turned it into a modern, inviting space perfect for relaxation, entertainment, and guests. The design draws inspiration from industrial chic with exposed brick, dark accents, and luxurious furnishings.

Unfinished walls with raw cinder blocks or crumbling plaster, possibly with water stains from past leaks.

Exposed pipes, wires, and HVAC ducts hanging from a low, unfinished ceiling, making space feel cramped and industrial in a bad way.

Minimal lighting from a few bare bulbs, creating dark corners and an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Cluttered storage areas filled with boxes, old furniture, and forgotten items, with no defined rooms or functionality.

A basic, outdated bathroom (if any) with old fixtures, tiled floors in disrepair, and poor ventilation.

The goal was to address these issues by waterproofing, insulating, and redesigning layout for a bedroom, living area, bathroom, and entertainment zone.
