This project transformed a standard condominium into a sophisticated urban sanctuary. Our goal was to create a cohesive, modern luxury residence by integrating high-end materials, custom finishes, and thoughtful spatial planning throughout the entire home.
Before
The original condo was a collection of disconnected, generic spaces with builder-grade finishes, poor lighting, and a lack of functional storage. The design lacked a unifying vision, resulting in an impersonal and inefficient layout.
What We Did

Kitchen & Corridor: Installed custom black and white cabinetry, a dramatic black marble backsplash, and a striking golden ring-shaped pendant light.

Living Area: Created warmth with wooden wall and ceiling accents, integrated a functional office nook, and furnished the space with a modern sofa and marble coffee table.

Master Bathroom: Designed a spa-like retreat with floor-to-ceiling marble, a custom vanity with a circular stone sink, and an arched gold-framed mirror.

Walk-in Closet: Built a boutique-style dressing room with a combination of glass and wood cabinetry, integrated lighting, and a spiral-textured feature wall.

Master Bedroom: Established a serene haven with a plush upholstered bed, a cozy seating area, and a dedicated vanity, all unified by warm wood and textile accents.
The Result
The renovation resulted in a truly luxurious and highly functional home. The consistent use of materials like black marble, warm woods, and brass accents creates a sophisticated and cohesive aesthetic. Each space is now both visually stunning and perfectly tailored for modern living, offering a seamless blend of style and comfort.
