Completed Works and Key Elements

• General Construction and Finishing
  All walls and ceilings were prepared, leveled, and painted in uniform neutral tones. Shadow gaps and clean junctions were executed to achieve a modern, minimal appearance throughout the apartment.

• Flooring Installation
  Wood-effect plank flooring was installed across living areas, with carefully detailed transitions to tiled zones in the entrance and wet areas. Edge detailing and thresholds were completed for long-term durability.

• Ceiling and Lighting Execution
  Ceilings were finished with integrated recessed spotlights and decorative pendant fixtures. Lighting points were positioned to provide even illumination and support functional zoning within each room.

• Kitchen Area Preparation
  The kitchen zone was fully prepared with completed wall finishes, service connections, and backsplash tiling. All plumbing and electrical points were positioned in accordance with the approved layout.

• Bathroom Works
  Bathroom construction included full waterproofing, tile installation, wall-hung sanitary fixtures, concealed cisterns, glass shower enclosure, and installation of all plumbing fittings. Materials were selected for durability and ease of maintenance.

• Doors, Hardware, and Trim
  Interior doors with decorative inserts were installed and adjusted, along with baseboards and door trims. Hardware and fittings were aligned to ensure smooth operation and consistent appearance.

• Electrical Installation
  A complete electrical system was installed, including switches, sockets, lighting controls, and preparation points for appliances and media equipment. All installations were tested and commissioned.
