Scope of Completed Works

• General Construction and Interior Finishes
  All walls and ceilings were prepared, finished, and painted. Baseboards, trims, and interior doors were installed and aligned to ensure clean junctions and uniform detailing throughout the apartment.

• Flooring Installation
  The living areas were completed with resilient plank flooring, while bedrooms and storage spaces feature carpeted finishes. Transitions between materials were carefully detailed for durability and visual continuity.

• Kitchen Installation
  The kitchen was fully installed, including cabinetry, stone countertops, tile backsplash, and integrated appliances. Electrical and plumbing connections were completed in accordance with technical specifications.
