This project was a subtle refresh rather than a full transformation. The goal was to gently update the apartment, improve everyday usability, and give the space a cleaner, more current look — without changing its overall layout or character.

What We Updated

Refreshed the kitchen finishes to make the space feel cleaner and more cohesive.
Updated cabinetry and hardware while keeping the existing layout intact.
Replaced countertops and backsplash for a lighter, more modern surface.
Added a simple island to improve functionality without overpowering the space.
Adjusted lighting to create a brighter, more even feel throughout the kitchen area.

Result

The apartment retains its original loft character, but feels fresher and more comfortable to use. Changes were intentionally minimal — focused on updating key elements rather than reinventing the space. The result is a clean, understated improvement that blends naturally into the existing interior.
