Completed Works and Key Elements

This apartment project was completed by our team as a full turnkey renovation, covering all stages from initial construction works to final finishing and installation. The primary goal was to create a modern, functional interior with a calm visual character, high-quality execution, and durable technical solutions.

The interior is designed in a neutral color palette, combining warm wood textures with clean, light surfaces. All design and construction decisions were focused on comfort, ease of use, and a clear architectural aesthetic suitable for long-term living.

• General Construction and Finishing
  A full scope of preparatory and finishing works was carried out, including wall and ceiling leveling, surface preparation, and painting in light neutral tones. All junctions, corners, and transitions were executed with precision to achieve a clean, contemporary appearance.

• Flooring Installation
  Wood-effect flooring was installed throughout the living and sleeping areas, providing warmth and visual continuity. In the bathroom, moisture-resistant finishes were applied. All transitions between materials were carefully detailed for durability and everyday use.

• Bathroom Construction
  The bathroom was completed with a full waterproofing system, porcelain tile installation on walls and floors, and a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and linear drain. Modern sanitary fixtures, a wall-mounted vanity, illuminated mirror, and accessories were installed.

• Bedroom Area and Built-in Furniture
  The bedroom features custom-built wardrobes with minimalist facades, forming a seamless plane with the surrounding walls. A bed with a wooden headboard was integrated into the overall interior composition. All furniture elements were manufactured and installed according to project specifications.

• Ceiling and Lighting
  Ceilings were finished with smooth matte surfaces and equipped with recessed lighting to provide even illumination. A designer ceiling fan was installed, combining functional ventilation with a subtle decorative accent.

• Electrical Installation
  A complete electrical system was installed, including cable routing, sockets, switches, lighting circuits, and concealed power points for furniture and appliances. All systems were tested and commissioned.

• Project Completion
  Upon completion, the apartment was handed over fully finished, clean, and ready for immediate occupancy, with no additional works required.

The completed project reflects a balanced combination of architectural simplicity, quality materials, and precise workmanship. All works were carried out in accordance with approved documentation and technical standards, ensuring reliability, comfort, and long-term performance.
