Before renovation, this condo felt dated and visually heavy—closed-in rooms, inconsistent finishes, and a lack of natural flow between spaces. The goal was to create a refined, light-filled interior that feels calm, cohesive, and quietly luxurious.
What We Did

Living area transformation: softened the space with a neutral color palette, custom millwork accents, and balanced furniture placement to enhance symmetry and openness.

Lighting redesign: introduced layered lighting with recessed ceiling details, table lamps, and floor lamps to create a warm, hotel-like atmosphere.

Bedroom refresh: added a custom upholstered headboard, tailored drapery, and soft textiles to turn the bedroom into a calm, elegant retreat.

Bathroom upgrade: installed a double vanity with classic white cabinetry, marble countertops, polished fixtures, and oversized mirrors for a clean, timeless look.

The Result
