For this apartment renovation, our team delivered a complete interior transformation that turned the space into a modern, elegant, and highly functional living environment. Wall Preparation & Decorative Panels
All walls were fully leveled, reinforced, and finished. Decorative wall panels with a wood texture were installed to create warmth, depth, and a strong architectural accent in the living area.
Hidden Doors Integration
Interior doors were visually integrated into the decorative wall panel system, creating a seamless and minimalist appearance without disrupting the wall composition.
New Flooring Installation
The existing flooring was removed and replaced with premium wood flooring installed in a herringbone pattern. This solution enhances durability while adding visual rhythm and continuity throughout the space.
Custom Kitchen & Island Construction
A fully custom kitchen was built with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a functional kitchen island. All elements were designed to maximize storage while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
Wall-Mounted Table Installation
A custom wall-mounted table was fabricated and installed directly against the wall, providing a compact dining and work surface that blends seamlessly into the overall interior design.
Stretch Ceiling & Ceiling Island
A stretch ceiling system was installed with a central architectural ceiling island. Integrated LED lighting outlines the ceiling structure, creating soft ambient illumination and a striking visual focal point.
Electrical & Lighting Enhancements
The electrical layout was redesigned to support recessed ceiling lights, LED accent lighting, and built-in illumination for key architectural elements, improving both functionality and atmosphere.
