A Carefully Executed Renovation Focused on Quality and Calm

As the contractor for this project, we delivered a full scope of renovation and finishing works with a clear focus on quality, functionality, and visual coherence. The objective was to realize a modern, light-filled apartment where every element contributes to a calm, balanced living environment.

Special attention was given to proportions, surface preparation, and the interaction between natural light and materials. A restrained color palette and precise workmanship allowed the interior to feel open, cohesive, and comfortable across all areas of the apartment.

Completed Works and Key Elements

• Structural and Preparatory Works
  We carried out all demolition, surface leveling, and substrate preparation works. Walls and ceilings were aligned and finished to ensure ideal geometry for final decorative layers and built-in elements.

• Flooring Installation
  Natural parquet flooring was installed throughout the apartment. The works included base preparation, precise installation, and finishing to ensure durability, comfort, and a consistent visual appearance.

• Wall and Ceiling Finishes
  Walls were finished in soft, neutral tones with subtle textures to enhance depth without visual overload. Ceilings were completed with integrated lighting solutions, creating a clean architectural look and even light distribution.

• Kitchen Area
  The kitchen was fully installed, including custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and tiled backsplash finishes. All plumbing and electrical connections were completed, resulting in a functional layout that visually integrates with the living space.

• Bathroom Execution
  The bathroom was completed using marble-look porcelain surfaces. We performed waterproofing, installed sanitary fixtures, a floating vanity, backlit mirrors, and glass partitions to maintain openness and light.

• Bedroom Fit-Out
  The bedroom was finished as a calm, private retreat. Built-in wardrobes with integrated lighting, layered wall finishes, and carefully planned lighting create a comfortable and visually balanced space.

• Custom Built-In Furniture and Storage
  Custom storage systems and built-in furniture were manufactured and installed to maximize functionality while preserving clean lines and architectural consistency throughout the apartment.

• Electrical and Lighting Works
  We completed all electrical installations, including wiring, sockets, switches, and lighting fixtures. A combination of recessed, concealed, and decorative lighting allows flexible use and atmosphere control.

• Materials and Workmanship
  All works were executed in accordance with technical standards and design specifications. Durable, high-quality materials were used to ensure long-term performance and a refined, cohesive finish.
