Architectural wall detailing: added classic wall panel molding with subtle gold accents to introduce depth and elegance.

Statement fireplace: designed a sleek marble fireplace wall with a built-in TV and linear gas insert as the main focal point.

Ceiling & lighting upgrade: installed recessed ceiling details with hidden LED cove lighting for a soft, ambient glow.

Living area redesign: curated a spacious seating layout with modular sofas and accent chairs to enhance comfort and flow.

Dining zone integration: visually connected the dining area to the living space while maintaining a sense of separation.

Bar & display niche: created a custom bar cabinet with patterned backsplash, open shelving, and integrated wine storage.

The Result
The apartment now feels polished, bright, and timeless. The living room reads as a luxurious yet inviting space, anchored by the marble fireplace and layered lighting. Soft neutrals, warm metallic accents, and custom millwork work together to create an interior that feels both elegant and livable— perfect for everyday comfort as well as entertaining.
