For this apartment renovation, our team completed a full construction and finishing upgrade, transforming an outdated interior into a modern, functional living space. The renovation included complete demolition of old finishes, wall and floor preparation, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and installation of new durable materials throughout the apartment.

Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Site Preparation
All existing finishes, outdated wall coverings, flooring, and bathroom fixtures were removed. Surfaces were cleaned, leveled, and prepared for new construction layers to ensure proper installation and long-term durability.

Wall Construction & Finishing
Walls were leveled using plaster and drywall systems where required. Decorative wall panels and vertical slat elements were securely mounted on prepared substrates, ensuring precise alignment and structural stability.

Ceiling Works
The ceiling was leveled and finished with a suspended ceiling system. Openings for recessed lighting were prepared in advance to accommodate new electrical fixtures.

Electrical & Lighting Installation
Electrical wiring was upgraded to meet current standards. New outlets, switches, and lighting points were installed, including concealed wiring for media equipment and accent lighting zones.

Flooring Installation
Floor levels were corrected before installing large-format ceramic tiles throughout the living area. Tiles were laid with precise joint alignment to ensure a uniform, durable, and easy-to-maintain surface.

Bathroom Waterproofing & Plumbing
All wet areas were fully waterproofed, including the shower zone and floor. Plumbing lines were replaced and concealed, followed by installation of new sanitary connections and drainage systems.

Shower & Tile Installation
A walk-in shower with a frameless glass enclosure was installed. Bathroom walls and floors were tiled using large-format tiles, ensuring moisture resistance and a clean, modern appearance.

Sanitary Fixtures & Vanity Installation
A modern vanity unit with integrated storage, sink, faucet, and toilet were installed. All fixtures were securely mounted, sealed, and tested for proper operation.

Final Finishing & Quality Control
Final grouting, sealing, alignment checks, and cleanup were completed. All systems and finishes were inspected to ensure compliance with construction standards and project specifications.
