Modern Apartments Bedroom and Bath Remodel

For this bedroom and bathroom renovation, our team completed a comprehensive set of construction and finishing works to modernize the spaces and improve overall functionality. The project included surface replacement, tile installation, electrical upgrades, built-in furniture installation, and new sanitary fixtures.

Renovation Details

Wall Preparation & Finishing
All existing wall surfaces were repaired, leveled, and prepared for finishing. In the bedroom, decorative wood wall panels were installed along the headboard wall. Remaining walls were finished with smooth painted surfaces in neutral tones. In the bathroom, all walls were fully tiled with large-format porcelain tiles for durability and moisture resistance.

Flooring & Tile Installation
Existing flooring materials were removed. The bathroom floor was installed with large-format porcelain tiles, ensuring proper alignment and water-resistant performance. Tile joints were finished with precision grout for a clean and uniform appearance.

Ceiling Works & Lighting Installation
Ceilings were repaired and finished to a smooth surface. Recessed ceiling lights were installed in the bathroom, while the bedroom received new ceiling lighting along with decorative pendant fixtures. Concealed LED lighting was added behind the headboard paneling.

Electrical Upgrades
Electrical wiring was updated where required. New power outlets, switches, and lighting connections were installed and positioned to match the updated room layouts. All electrical components were installed flush with finished wall surfaces.

Bathroom Plumbing & Sanitary Fixtures
Outdated plumbing fixtures were replaced. The bathroom was equipped with a wall-mounted toilet, modern washbasin, wall-mounted faucet, and concealed plumbing components. All connections were properly tested for functionality and reliability.

Vanity, Storage & Mirror Installation
A custom vanity cabinet with integrated storage was installed and topped with a stone-look countertop. A wall-mounted mirrored cabinet was added above the sink to provide additional storage while maintaining a clean, minimalist look.

Built-In Furniture Installation
A full-height built-in wardrobe system was installed in the bedroom to maximize storage space. All cabinetry was securely mounted, leveled, and aligned with finished walls and flooring.

Final Trim & Completion Works
Final works included sealing tile joints, adjusting fixtures, aligning cabinetry, and completing all finishing details. The renovation resulted in a modern, functional bedroom and bathroom suitable for everyday residential use.
