This project showcases a complete modern apartment renovation designed around clean architectural lines, open-concept living, and a refined neutral palette. The space was transformed into a cohesive, minimalist interior featuring custom built-ins, integrated lighting, premium flooring, and a fully upgraded kitchen and bathroom.

Renovation Details

Living Room Renovation
The living area was finished with herringbone-pattern flooring in a light wood tone, adding warmth and texture to the minimalist interior. Walls were professionally leveled and painted in soft neutral shades to enhance natural light. A modern linear recessed ceiling lighting system was installed to emphasize the clean architectural geometry of the space. The layout was optimized to maintain an open, uncluttered feel.

Kitchen Installation
A custom matte kitchen was installed with handleless cabinetry extending to the ceiling for maximum storage efficiency. Built-in appliances, including a wall-integrated oven, were seamlessly incorporated into the cabinetry. The kitchen island was assembled and secured, featuring integrated storage, a black undermount sink, and a modern matte black faucet. All cabinetry was precisely aligned and professionally mounted to achieve a streamlined finish.

Bedroom Area Finishing
The sleeping zone was designed as part of the open layout and enhanced with decorative vertical wall paneling to create architectural depth. Walls were smoothed and painted to match the apartment’s neutral design language. The layout supports a low-profile bed and maintains visual continuity with the rest of the interior.

Bathroom Renovation
The bathroom was fully finished with large-format wall and floor tiles in a contemporary gray tone. A bathtub was installed and properly sealed, with a full drainage connection completed. A fixed glass water-protection panel was mounted to separate the showering area and prevent splashing.

Plumbing Fixtures & Vanity Installation
A modern wall-mounted vanity was installed along with a sink and matte black faucet. The rainfall shower system, wall-mounted controls, and handheld shower were securely fitted and connected. All visible plumbing fixtures were carefully aligned and sealed to ensure durability and long-term performance.

Final Detailing & Built-In Storage
Floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinetry units were installed to provide streamlined storage solutions. Interior doors were aligned for clean transitions, and all finishing details — including trim work and sealing in wet areas — were completed to deliver a polished, modern result.

The finished apartment reflects a sophisticated minimalist aesthetic, combining functional design, custom millwork, modern lighting, and high-quality materials throughout every room.
