This apartment had great bones, but it felt cold and unfinished—flat lighting, little cohesion, and spaces that didn’t fully work together. Our goal was to create a clean, calm home with warmer texture, better flow, and a “ready-to-live” finish.
What We Did
-
Open living + kitchen styling: simplified the layout and created clear zones for dining, lounging, and cooking.
-
Wall refresh: repainted for a brighter, more uniform backdrop that makes the space feel larger and cleaner.
-
Lighting upgrade: added modern track lighting in the kitchen zone and layered lighting in the living area for a softer mood.
-
Kitchen finishing touches: refined the look with streamlined hardware, a clean backsplash feel, and a tidy, functional counter setup.
-
Floor continuity: kept a consistent, darker wood tone to ground the space and add contrast against the white walls.
-
Window treatment: installed sheer curtains to soften the concrete ceiling lines and bring in light without sacrificing privacy.
-
Bathroom refresh: updated the vanity area with a warm wood cabinet, bright countertop, modern wall-mounted faucet, and a large mirror.
-
Final styling: introduced warm wood furniture, neutral textiles, simple art, and greenery for a balanced, lived-in look.
The Result
The apartment now feels bright, calm, and intentionally designed. The living room is cozy and inviting with warm wood tones, soft neutral fabrics, and clean-lined decor, while the kitchen reads modern and polished with upgraded lighting and a more organized, functional setup. In the bathroom, the refreshed vanity and crisp finishes create a boutique-hotel feel—simple, clean, and elevated.
